Summary
Aiming at the high energy consumption of the air-conditioning system of telecommunication equipment rooms, with an example in Harbin, this article deals with the design of a variable fresh air volume air-conditioning system, puts forward the detailed running scheme, and analyses the energy saving achieved thanks to the natural cooling.
