German frozen-food consumption (leaving out raw poultry and ice cream) rose by 1.4% (+7.8 in 1994) to 1.6 million tonnes in 1995, reveals the German Frozen-Food Institute. Per-capita consumption was 19.4 kilograms, just a little more than in 1994.
