Government strategies to phase out ozone-depleting refrigerants. Four case studies from the Nordic countries.
Author(s) : ONU Environnement (ex-PNUE)
Type of monograph: Book
Summary
This publication contains examples of the strategies and legal methodology chosen by four Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. These countries all started to eliminate ozone-depleting substances (in particular the CFCs) early; they therefore have a longer experience than many other countries. The examples demonstrate that strategies can vary considerable from country to country.
