Summary

RESULTS OF THE STUDY OF HEMO-AND CHOLESTATIC EFFECT OF LOW TEMPERATURES IN ATYPICAL LIVER RESECTIONS AND TECHNIQUES FOR PERFORMING THEM ARE PRESENTED. ALONGSIDE THE TRADITIONAL METHODS OF CONTROLLING HEMORRHAGE, LOW TEMPERATURES ARE USED IN OPERATIONS ON LIVER. THE APPLICATION OF LOW TEMPERATURE WAS FOUND TO BE HIGHLY EFFECTIVE. THERE IS SOME EVIDENCE ON THE ABSENCE OF CLOTTING IN SMALL VESSELS. THE AIM OF THE WORK WAS TO STUDY THE STATE OF BLOOD AND GALL VESSELS AFTER LOW TEMPERATURE TREATMENT OF LIVER PARENCHYMA DURING ITS RESECTION.
