Author(s) : BAILLY A.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Protection of the environment has become a major issue for humanity. Protection of the ozone layer and reduction of global warming require global coordination. The article attempts to demonstrate that local regulatory actions on a European scale that are implemented faster and broader in scope than those practised worldwide do not make sense in the air-conditioning field.
