Summary
The heat balance model was selected to establish the simulation models of air-conditioned car heat condition and energy consumption including the climate model, the enclosure heat transfer model, the model of the refrigerating system performance, and the heat balance model of the air in the vehicle. Then, the simulation and analysis were performed for a real B23 type refrigerated car running from Beijing to Guangzhou at a speed of 120 km/h, and the predictions were compared with the test data of a B10(B) type air-conditioned car running from Lianjiang (Guangdong Province) to Wulumuqi (Xinjiang Province). The results obtained by the model showed good consistency with the experimental data.
