Summary
A SIMPLE MATHEMATICAL MODEL IS PROPOSED TO SIMULATE THE HEAT TRANSFER PROCESSES IN A BLAST-CONTACT FREEZER. THE COMPARISON WITH EXPERIMENTAL DATA IS SATISFACTORY. THE CALCULATED RESULTS HAVE RELATIVELY HIGH PRECISION FOR THE REQUIREMENTS OF ENGINEERING DESIGN.
