Type of article: Article
Summary
According to the mean coil surface temperature, the heat transfer of water-cooled surface air coolers under wet cooling conditions is divided into two parts. One is heat transfer between air and water layer outside of coils, the other is heat transfer between coils and cooling water inside coils. The paper puts a new thermodynamic calculation method forward, the mean coil surface temperature method. Experiments validate the calculating precision in common range of design conditions.
