Summary
Based on the investigation of some high level biosafety laboratories in Australia, North America and Europe, the latest ventilation and air conditioning technology and equipment at home and abroad is presented, the influence of laboratory air distribution, pressure gradient, equipment and air outlet layout and automatic control on construction' of the high level biosafety laboratory analyzed, and related research results are provided.
