Summary
Recently adopted regulations require a gradual decline in energy use by all household refrigerators manufactured in European Union countries. For example, refrigerators and freezers with warm sides consume a great deal of energy compared to conventional models. A theoretical study was thus undertaken and showed which parameters for the manufacturing of insulating panels helped reduce energy use the most.
