Summary
This article deals with one of the ways of solving the problem of saving the quality and rising the terms of preserving of agricultural products taking the potato as the example, from the moment of its preparation till its shipment to the consumer. To perform the task, storage is considered to be equipped with containers with potato and some devices to maintain successful conditions. Automated internal ventilation is also applied.
