Summary
Scroll compressors are widely used in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump technologies. The correct application of the individual line of the scroll models can significantly improve the economic aspects of an installation. There are several methods of making the installation as advantageous as possible. Some of the ways are the proper choice of the correct type of scroll or to use the EVI system offered by the manufacturer. The paper deals with some of the methods and the possible ways of increasing the performance of a system using scroll compressors.
