Summary

The paper examines the processes of frost formation and heat transfer of cooling apparatuses and air cooling condensers. Investigation of the frost formation process is executed using model installations. Research of the non-stationary process of frost formation in air coolers at changeable humidity of steam-air medium under electroconvection was conducted. The results of that research are cited. The process of cooling of air condensers in electroconvection medium was investigated. Dependence of modification of a working time coefficient on the environment temperature when using different cooling methods has been defined. It is shown that electroconvection, as an intensifying impact on heat exchange of the condenser of a refrigerator, allows reducing a work time coefficient of a refrigerating machine by 13.3-20%.
