Summary
THE AUTHORS STUDIED THE PARAMETERS OF THE FREEZING PROCESS OF ENDOCRINE-ENZYMIC RAW MATERIALS IN THE QUICK-FREEZER. THEY ESTABLISHED THAT, DUE TO THE INTENSIFICATION OF THE FREEZING PROCESS IN THE UNIT, THE LOSSES OF RAW MATERIALS DECREASE BY MORE THAN TWICE AND THAT THEIR ACTIVITY INCREASES MARKEDLY.
