THE NUMERICAL SOLUTIONS OF EQUATIONS OF HEAT TRANSFER AND FLUID FLOW ON V-TYPE VERTICAL FLUTED SURFACES WERE STUDIED ; THE EFFECT OF THE GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS OF THE FLUTED SURFACE ON CONDENSATION HEAT TRANSFER PERFORMANCE WAS INVESTIGATED ; THE EFFECT OF THREE ESSENTIAL GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS (ANGLE OF THE V-TYPE FLUTE, HEIGHT AND NUMBER OF FLUTES) ON THE FLOW VELOCITY AND THE FILM THICKNESS OF THE CONDENSED FLUID WAS STUDIED IN DETAIL.
