Summary
In a first step the relation between the dispersion of aerosols across the main flux and the turbulence intensity was examined. The second stage dealt with the influence of the turbulence intensity on the number of deposited microorganisms. Considering the results of the examinations a coefficient of correction is introduced for the determination of the degree of contamination as a quality term for supply air devices in operating theatres.
