CITY ORDINANCES MAY DEMAND STORAGE OF FIRE-FIGHTING WATER WITH IN A BUILDING. THIS TANK AND ITS PIPEWORK CAN THEN BE USED, UNDER CERTAIN CONSTRAINTS, FOR AN ICE THERMAL STORAGE SYSTEM, SO REDUCING THE OVERALL COST.
