Summary

The conditions of heat transfer during condensation of synthetic refrigerants inside long coil tubes are discussed. The basic principles of the method of an internal thermal and flow characteristics for an assessment of the thermal efficiency of the coil condensers are presented. The analysis of the own experimental data of condensation heat transfer under presence of inert gases (air) within two-phase zone are presented. On the basis of the presented method the authors concluded that under conditions of the presence of inert gases at the volumetric concentration of 5% during condensation of non-chloric R404A inside the long coil the heat transfer coefficient decreased more than 50%.
