Summary

2 lubricants for below-critical and 2 lubricants for above-critical applications were selected from 10 potential CO2-lubricants by means of preliminary examinations. The properties of the 4 selected oils were determined. The oils were then investigated using compressor tests. The thermochemical stability in the CO2-circuit was rated.
