Summary
CERAMICSOF VARIOUS NOMINAL COMPOSITIONS IN THIS SYSTEM WERE STUDIED BY X-RAY POWDER DIFFRACTION AND BY ELECTRON BEAM MICROANALYSIS. ELECTRICAL RESISTIVITY MEASUREMENTS WERE ALSO PERFORMED. THREE MAIN PHASE COMPOSITIONS WERE PREPARED WITH SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION TEMPERATURES OF 110, 70 AND 20 K. (HUNG. R&D ABSTR., HU., 6, N 2, 1990, 408/90.
