Laser Doppler velocimetry measurement of turbulent liquid velocity field in channels with curved wall.
Author(s) : VELIDANDLA V., PUTTA S., ROY R. P.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The paper reports a way to measure, by low-component laser Doppler velocimetry, the velocity field in isothermal turbulent flow of liquid R113 through a vertical pyrex glass tube. Measurement of the mean velocity field in isothermal and heated turbulent flow of the same liquid through a vertical concentric annular channel is also reported.
