Reports three discrete events: 1) an outbreak of Legionnaires' disease which occurred in east Birmingham in the summer of 1994; 2) a six-month enforcement campaign of the requirements of the Approved Code of practice (the prevention of control of legionellosis including legionnaire's disease); and 3) outbreak of Legionnaires' disease in Walsall in November 1995.
