Fast-fill compressed natural gas stations can refuel a natural gas vehicle in less than five minutes. The article briefly addresses the benefits of using LNG in this role. Criteria such as capital, operating, and maintenance costs are compared with compressor-derived compressed natural gas, along with less quantifiable benefits, such as vehicle range and operating reliability, flexibility and simplicity.
