Summary

Frozen allograft is useful because it is suppressed immunogenicity and because one can choose the size and shape of grafts from the bone bank anytime. Among 29 allograft replacements, 19 were for benign bone tumours. Ten allograft replacements were for malignant bone tumour. Totally, 3 cases out of 29 had complications about allograft, but bone atrophy was observed in some cases.
