Summary

X-ray diffractometric measurements show the existence of the structural incommensurable phase in this layered single-crystal at 20-22.5 K. The piezooptical and dilatometric methods led to reveal the ferroelectric nature of the transitions with the temperature hysteresis of about 5 K. Neutron irradiation leads to a decrease in the spontaneous deformation.
