Summary

An example is given of the application of reticular programming techniques for management and control of work during the installation of a plant for the preservation of fish. Methods of Project Breakdown Structure (PBS), or Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) were used. Suitable correcting measures for coping with any unexpected delay helped assure regular progression of work. E.F.
