Summary

This article presents studies relative to the nature of two-phase flows operating in heat exchangers, as understanding the latter is essential to the proper management of two-flow distribution and consequently, to enhance their thermal performance. Visualization experiments were performed on HFC-like refrigerants, using fast imaging.
