Summary

THE QUANTITY CONSUMPTION OF FRUIT, VEGETABLES AND FROZEN PRODUCTS AS A BASIC SOURCE OF VITAMIN C DURING SHORTAGES OR LIMITED QUANTITIES OF FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES ON THE MAR FACTORS HAVING AN INFLUENCE ON THE CONTENT OF VITAMIN C IN FRUIT AND VEGETABLES AS WELL AS THEIR INFLUENCE. TESTS ON THE VITAMIN C CONTENT IN STRAWBERRIES WERE MADE DURING THE PERIOD OF 1977-1981.
