THE AUTHORS REVIEW METHODS OF MEASURING SURFACERESISTANCE OF THIN FILMS USING STRIPLINE RESONATORS, AND PRESENT THEIR MEASUREMENTS OF THE SURFACE RESISTANCE OF THESE FILMS AS A FUNCTION OF FREQUENCY, TEMPERATURE AND RADIOFREQUENCY MAGNETIC FIELD. THE MEASUREMENTS WERE OBTAINED AT FREQUENCIES FROM 0.4 TO 10 GIGAHERTZ, TEMPERATURES FROM 4 TO 90 K, AND A RADIOFREQUENCY MAGNETIC FIELD RANGE FROM 0 TO 30 OERSTEDS.
