Summary

BASED ON A SYSTEM-STRUCTURE ANALYSIS OF THE PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL AND THERMODYNAMIC PROCESSES OCCURRING IN A DRYING HEAT PUMP PLANT, METHODS WERE ELABORATED FOR ENHANCING THEIR EFFICIENCY USED FOR IMPROVING THE CREATION OF NEW HIGHLY EFFICIENT HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS AND EXISTING SYSTEMS. UNIQUE SCHEMES OF HIGHLY EFFICIENT DRYING HEAT PUMP PLANT AND A TEST STUDY ON THE USEFULNESS OF THEIR APPLICATION TO THE DEHYDRATION OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS SUCH AS RICE, MAIZE, CASEIN, ASTRAKAN ARE SUGGESTED. A METHOD WAS ELABORATED FOR OPTIMIZING THE DESIGN OF A DRYING HEAT PUMP PLANT.
