Summary

In African Sub-saharan bush villages, the ancient knowledge of potters allows cooling of water in clay pottery by water evaporation. This traditional activity is threatened these days. It is possible to avoid losing this ancient custom, and to maintain traditional economic sectors and even develop a scientific approach to thermodynamics and material study of such pottery activity? This was the original aim of the project presented.
