MODEL OF THROTTLING CAPILLARY TUBE WITH METASTABLE PROCESS.
Author(s) : MACZEK K., KROLICKI Z., SOCHANECKA E.
Summary
IN MODELS OF CAPILLARIES AND IN THE CALCULATION METHODS APPLIED TO THEIR DETERMINATION, METASTABLE FLOW IS NOT CONSIDERED. TEST RESULTS DIFFER FROM CALCULATION DATA, MAINLY IN THE CASE OF CAPILLARIES OF A LARGE DIAMETER. THE AUTHORS PRESENT A NEW MODEL ALLOWING FOR NONADIABATIC FLOW AND A METASTABLE STATE IN THE TUBE. THE RESULTS AGREE BETTER WITH TEST RESULTS.
