Summary
The article discusses polypropylene films used for packaging mushrooms, whose properties have to be slightly different from those of packaging materials for fruit and vegetables. Various films are tested with modified atmospheres. Mathematical models are used for studying the relation between the O2 concentration and the film permeability.
