Summary
Complex thermal-water utilization systems that eliminate seasonality are suggested. Among others, the utilization of heat energy of drinking-water producing thermal wells and the partial utilization of the energy of sewage waters are discussed. Suggestions are made on the possibilities of improving the efficiency of thermal water energy utilization by means of heat pumps both in district heating and in agriculture.
