Summary

Prepared by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (France), fully revised and updated, the dictionary now contains over 1,200 entries in 18 languages (Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Serbo-Croat, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish). Scientific names are given in both English and French together with local names and indications for usage, processing and marketing; the equivalent is then given in the other languages wherever possible.
