Type of article: Article
Summary
The natural gas air conditioning system of an office building is described. It consists of three double flux air treatment plants. Chilled water is produced by five natural gas 17.5 kilowatt ammonia-water absorption machines. Two gas boilers produce the hot water. Summer cooling is obtained by humidification of the exhaust air. The building management system controls the energy management of the system. A balance sheet of heating, cooling and other applications is given and analysed. J.L.
