Summary

Test results of new electrical insulating material in an R134a medium mixed with XC-22 synthetic oil are presented. It is shown that in the presence of zeolite sodiumA-2MM-AF, the effect of this medium on the material is stable, and the acid number of the oil does not change. Recommendations are given for use of the material in electric motors of hermetic compressors running on ozone-safe refrigerants.
