NEW METHODS OF DETERMINING PHASE STATES OF BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS BEING COOLED.

Summary

A NEW METHOD OF PHASE ANALYSIS OF BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS DURING COOLING IS SUGGESTED, BASED UPON THE DETERMINATION OF THEIR ELASTIC, PLASTIC AND VOLUMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS IN A WIDE RANGE OF TEMPERATURES (FROM 50 DOWN TO -196 DEG C) AND EXTERNAL DEFORMATION STRESSES WITH THE MICROVOLUMETRIC SCANNING TENSODILATOMETER. THE EFFICIENCY OF THIS METHOD FOR BLOOD AND BONE MARROW CELLS, AS WELL AS PANCREATIC GLAND AND LIVER TISSUES IS SHOWN.
