New refrigerant technology diffusion in North America: a first look.
Author(s) : KANTROWITZ T.
Summary
Advances in refrigeration technology and practice can be adopted and deployed by industry in several different patterns, and through different channels. Standards, cost, code and issues around the efficiency of regulation have all played a meaningful part in the speed of innovation diffusion. How do we know which of today's advances in refrigeration will be used in the field in 2025? This paper and presentation will attempt to delineate some keys dynamics based on literature review.
