New transfer function coefficients to calculate building load.
Author(s) : SCHIBUOLA L.
Type of article: Article
Summary
In the actual phase of extension of the European Standard concerning energy saving in buildings to air conditioning plants, a simplified procedure based on empirical correlations has been proposed for the calculation of transfer function coefficients to evaluate room thermal load in the dynamic state. The possibilities and limits of this technique are discussed here and verified by comparison with comprehensive computer programs such as DOE and BLAST.
