New ventilation system for potatoes in pallet boxes.

Summary

A previously developed positive ventilation system for potato boxes was developed further to produce a system suitable for use in a store. The Posi-Super-Vent has 3 tapered fabric ducts which are mounted on a steel frame attached to the side of the building. Fans in the gable or roof bring air into the store via louvres and this air is then forced positively through the potatoes by the system.
