Author(s) : CLARK S. J.
Type of article: Article
Summary
By integrating the HVAC design with the plumbing and fire sprinkler designs, centralized systems can be substantially reduced in initial cost. The author has found that savings in the order of magnitude of USD 22.00 per square meter are obtainable. Offering this service will stretch many HVAC engineers out of their comfort zone, but the results when evaluated both in terms of the indoor and outdoor environments, will make it worth the effort.
