Airport's pumping system horsepower requirements take nose dive.

Summary
Chilled and hot water piping for a very large airport is distributed from the central station by primary pumps, and is circulated within each building by local secondary pumps. In this way, the primary flow can be reduced in the early stages of development of the complex, while maintaining full local flow rate and pressure. Pumps are staged and have variable speed motors. This circuitry uses 22% less power than a central pump system. A.R.T.
