Summary

The governing equations and physical models of supercritical CO2 in the microchannel were set up. The characteristics of heat transfer and pressure drop were simulated with the L-B model for low Re. The variations of the heat transfer coefficients with mean temperature and pressure drop with mass velocity, and influence of heat flux on heat transfer coefficients and pressure drop of supercritical CO2 in the microchannel were obtained. The simulation results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data and empirical formula in literature, showing the feasibility of the present simulation method.
