Summary
The paper discusses the results of numerical analysis and experiments on swing compressors, scroll compressors and rotary compressors. The performance of these compressors were numerically analyzed between the cooling capacity of 2.3 and 31 kilowatts with R22 and R410A. In addition, newly designed 15.5-kilowatt 2-cylinder swing compressors using R22 and R410A, were tested and evaluated from the viewpoints of efficiency, noise and vibration.
