Numerical simulation of heat transfer performance of slotted fin surface.

Summary
Numerical simulations were conducted for slotted fin surface with radially located strips. The problem is of conjugated type in that the fin temperature distribution is determined during the computation process. Computations were performed for frontal velocity from 1 to 3 m/s.
