ON THE INFLUENCES OF THE EFFECTS ARISING FROM LOW TEMPERATURE STRAIN ON TRANSITION TEMPERATURE OF NIOBIUM.
[In Russian. / En russe.]
Author(s) : AKSENOV V. K.
Type of article: Article
Summary
ON THE BASIS OF EXPERIMENTS ON SEPARATION OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF VARIOUS STRAIN-INDUCED DEFECTS TO INCREASING TRANSITION TEMPERATURE T OF NIOBIUM, THE AUTHORS CONCLUDE THAT THE T GROWTH IS DUE TO PLASTIC DEFORMATION LOCALIZATION AND FORMATION OF THE MOST METASTABLE DEFECTS, IE INTERSTITIAL ATOMS WHICH MAKE THE PHONON SPECTRUM SOFTER.
