Summary
This article is the Spanish translation of an article presented at the 22nd IIR international Congress in Beijing, China (see the Bulletin of the IIR, reference 2007-2455). For refrigeration support of technological processes and food products storage at the Russian processing plants, refrigerating installations with the capacity from 30 to 3000 kW, providing temperatures of the cooling medium from 10 to -45°C are used. Until recently installations on ammonia being the highest energy efficient refrigerant, had been the most widely used. The existing systems of refrigeration supply have a low level of industrial safety because of a high mass of ammonia in the systems and its individual components, insufficient level of automation, absence of the connection of the refrigeration supply system with the life-support system of the personnel (ventilation, fire-fighting, gas content control in the rooms). Besides their energy efficiency is often also not high. Hence, the ammonia refrigerating installations of the most part of the existing plants need reconstruction. The ways for reconstruction have been determined.
