Optimization of modular coordinated refrigerated transport equipment.
Author(s) : MEFFERT H. F. T.
Summary
Computer assisted optimization of air space and insulation along the walls of reefer transport equipment for cargo temperature range shows values, close to the minimum required stowage clearance for cargo transfer without time penalty. Influence of the differents parameters are reviewed (channel depth, insulation thickness, energy consumption increased air circulation).
