Optimization of periodic action adsorbers geometry, used in the technologies of rare gases purification.

Number: pap. ID: 173

Author(s) : BONDARENKO V. L., SIMONENKO Y. M., DIACHENKO O. V., et al.

Summary

The processes in the devices with immobile sorbent layer, used for the gas mixtures cryogenic separation, have been analysed. The reserves for the improvement of industrial adsorbers for inert gases extraction have been revealed. The obtained information allowed reducing the duration of unproductive fragments of the sorption cycle (regeneration and cooling). Due to this, the number of devices needed for providing the continual purification process has been reduced.
